N K Varma - Chairman & Managing Director

A well experienced entrepreneur, Varma founded VISTA and has played a crucial role in leading the organization growth for past 12 years with his fast forward thinking. He has over 18 years of industry experience in both technical and non-technical domains. He brings in expertise in Sales, Human Resources and Operations Management.

 

Sheila Mathews – Co-Founder

Sheila is a co-founder of Vista Info Systems and has been its Chief Executive Officer from inception to 2008.  She continues as a Member of the Board. Sheila brings with her close to 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and administration and was involved in the growth of Vista from its formation.

 

S Raman - CFO

Raman joined Vista as the Chief Financial Officer in July 2003 and brings with him more than 20 years of experience in various functions, including technical expertise in the Telecom domain.  Having entrepreneurial experience of over 10 years while managing his own enterprise as a Managing Partner, Raman has added tremendous value to the Finance & Business function within Vista.   Being on the Board of Directors, Raman adds value in providing strategic financial guidance.

 

Sonia Lazar – General Manager (People Practices & BPO)

Sonia leads Vista’s People Practices & the Business Process Outsourcing vertical. Sonia has 10 years of experience in Corporate HR and People Practices and spearheads Vista’s Human Resources Practice and to enable an employee-oriented and high performance culture within the Company.  Sonia provides leadership and support in Human Resource issues to ensure implementation of various strategies, operational plans and growth of Human Resources. Apart from this, she is leading the Translation and Transcription Services of the company in North America and Asia Pacific.

 

Sonia holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis, Pune and holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Bangalore University.
